3 : food allergies


This time, I’m going to write about food allergies.


First, I am going to explain about food allergies simply.
I explained the process of allergies last time.
Food allergies are classified type1 allergies.
Everybody who has atopic diathesis has a possibility of cause symptom of food allergies suddenly.
A food allergy may causes anaphylactic shock and it is a matter of life and death even if the allergen was ate very small amount. Buckwheat and peanut, fish and shellfish, are particularly well known about that.
From infants through childhood, as main allergens, milk and egg accounted for more than half. Become more adolescence, shellfish, wheat, fruits, seafood are the main allergens and milk allergies reduce. In this way, if someone who has an allergy becomes an adult, whose allergies may to get better by some chance.


Next, I’m going to explain about foods that may be allergens.
These are foods the most well known as an allergen.

These 7 items are called “specific raw materials” and be bind to inform whether contain these or not in a merchandises and foods and so on in japan.
Depending on the circumstances, shrimp or crab allergies are said “shellfish allergy” all together. These are added specific raw materials for the last several years.

These are second famous foods as allergens.

In these, it is especially well known that chocolate allergies are.
Foods such as cocoa and chocolate include angioedema substance called tyramine, and due to this.
